Yaşar İsmet Demiröz

Born in southeastern of Turkey, Batman, Yaşar moved from Batman to Smyrna in 1997. He left the army after 7 years of education at Land Forces Academy. He studied Civil Engineering at Ege University. He participated in World military orienteering championship in 2009, and First World Cadet Games when he was at Land Forces Academy in 2010. Between 2006-2014, he ran 14 times on the Turkish National Team. He won the gold medal in orienteering at 1st World Cadet games and bronze medal in Juniors Long distance in Balkans Orienteering Championship in 2006, when he was 17. He has been working as a member of Foreign Relations Committee of Turkish Orienteering Federation since 2012. He participated in O-Ringen Academy in 2012.

Yaşar have been working together with EON Tours since 2012 with many projects. Now he joined EON Tours professioanlly in 2014 as our Outdoor Programs Consultant. He plans and sets courses for elite runners at training camps in Antalya and throughout Turkey.

He is currently a runner of NEO Outdoor Sports Club which is powered by EON Tours.
